The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 91 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 332, 333, 353, 504, 506, 427,120-B of the IPC, pending in the Court of the learned JMFC, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are allegations against 200 persons, who have assembled at the place of occurrence and have indulged in violence with the police. He submits that seventeen accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4350 of 2025. He next submits that petitioner is having only one criminal antecedent which is Naudiha Bazar P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019 registered under Section 341, 323, 504, 34 of the IPC. On these grounds, petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that allegations are there of pelting stone upon the police. On this ground, the anticipatory bail of the petitioners’ may be rejected. 5. Considering the facts that co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 13.08.2025 passed in A.B.A. No. 4350 of 2025 and there are general and omnibus allegation against all accused persons of unlawful assembly and indulging in violence with the police. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before ( 2026:JHHC:21568 ) the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Palamau in connection with Naudiha Bazar P.S.
