The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer:- “I. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. filed by the petitioners. II. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned FIR dated 02.01.2026 bearing Crime No. 0002/2026 registered at Police Station, Mahila Thana, District- Bilaspur (C.G.), the impugned Final Report No. 08/2026 dated 16.02.2026 filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) and the entire proceeding of case no. that is currently against the petitioner under under Section 85, 296, 115(2), 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita 2023 in the learned court of JMFC Bilaspur. 3 III. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased rant any other relief, which may be deemed fit in given facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of petitioners. 3. From perusal of the prayer made in the present petition, it reflects that the petitioners have not challenged the order taking cognizance in the matter. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty subject to depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Govt.
