Case No 277 of 2012, corresponding to G.R. No. 6577 of 2012, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Ranchi. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision application with liberty to move before the learned Sessions Judge in the light of order passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Application No.417 of 2023. 3. Learned counsel for State has got no objection. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegations are there of pelting stone upon the police. 5. Accordingly, this criminal revision application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in that event the period taken during this revision petition will not come in the way for the purpose of limitation.
