Murthy, has placed on record a communication dated 06.08.2013, addressed by the Government of India, Ministry of Tribal Affairs to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, Government of Andhra Pradesh, informing him that the decision taken by the State Government on 21.07.2009, to give Community Rights to the VSS Committees was not in accordance with law. 2. In view of the communication supra, which had required the decision to be withdrawn, needs to be considered by the official respondents herein, we leave the official respondents free to take action based upon the 2 HCJ & CGRJ WP_21112_2010 Communication dated 06.08.2013, and in case any cause still survives, we give liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies in accordance with law. 3.
