Ms. Naziya Anzum, learned proxy counsel, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Learned proxy counsel for the respondents has also produced a copy of order dated 06.05.2026, passed by the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record. 3. A perusal of the same reveals that the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 representation made by the petitioner has been decided and the petitioner fulfills all requisite criteria for grant of pensionery and other retiral benefits as per CCS, Pension Rules 1972 and CCS, Leave Rules 1972. 4. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 24.04.2026 passed in CWP No.5051 of 2026, titled, Inder Singh vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and others, has duly been complied with and the petitioner has been held entitled to pensionery benefits, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case, the retiral benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of 8 weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 5.
