The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Doranda P.S. Case No.294 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025, registered for the offence under Sections 406/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He further submits that the allegations are made of taking money on the pretext of providing job in the Governor Secretariat. He then submits that not even a single pie is transferred in the account of the petitioner. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner is said to be gang leader and innocent persons are being cheated in the name of the petitioner. She further submits that the allegations are also made that Rs.7,50,000/- has been taken in the name of the petitioner for providing job and payment receipts are also part of the FIR. On these grounds, she submits that the prayer for anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. In the FIR, it has been alleged that the petitioner is the gang leader and he used to take money through Parwez Khan and Ashish Nishant Tiru and payments are also fortified in light of the payment receipts which are part of the FIR. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and, as such, his prayer for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected. 6.
