The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1017 of 2015 corresponding to G.R. No.3724 of 2015, registered for the offence under Section, 341, 323, 337, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been earlier granted anticipatory bail as all the Sections were bailable however, cognizance has been taken under Section 307 and other Sections of the IPC. She further submits that there is compromise. She argued that vide order dated 06.08.2024, one of the accused namely Arun Mishra has been granted bail by learned Judicial Magistrate on the basis of the compromise and earlier bail. On these grounds, she submits that she may kindly be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned court. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 5.
