Case No. 497 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352 & 351(2) r/w of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim causing injury. 4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2026. 5.
