Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr. Om Prakash, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner’s representation, as directed by this Court, has been considered by the respondent. Accordingly, proceedings in e.f.vz;.f;a+5/2973095/2025 dated 02.04.2026 have been issued, ordering the release of salary to the tune of Rs. 2,55,280/-, and the said amount has also been released in favour of the petitioner. A copy of the said proceedings has been placed before this Court and served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In light of the above, this Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court, and accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
