The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2026, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 303(2) and 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that scuffle took place in a betel shop while enjoying the betel and now a good sense has prevailed between the parties and they have compromised the matter and the compromise petition is annexed as Annexure- 3 in the petition. He next submits that five of the co-accused persons on the basis of the compromise, have been granted anticipatory bail by this court in A.B.A. No.3576 of 2026. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of assault. 5. In A.B.A. No.3576 of 2026, learned counsel for the informant had appeared and accepted the compromise and that has been recorded in para 5 of the order dated 06.07.2026 passed in A.B.A. No.3576 of 2026. The compromise petition is annexed as Annexure- 3 in the petition and the 2026:JHHC:21632 altercation took place at the betel shop and in identical situation, five of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this court in the aforesaid A.B.A., in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, in connection with Sakchi P.S.
