The petitioner is serving as regular Staff Nurse at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Government Medical College, Nerchowk, Mandi. The case set up by her is that: - She has completed more than five years at the aforesaid place; In view of her domestic responsibilities and considering her long stay at the present place of posting, she preferred a representation on 21.06.2026 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2, seeking her transfer. Petitioner’s grievance is that 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 the said representation has not been considered and decided till date. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner would be content if the aforesaid respondent/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a time-bound manner. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer. 3. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, but without examining the merits of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law and applicable transfer policy, within a period of four weeks from today.
