After arguing the matter for some time, learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has now filed an appeal before the Commission for Social Welfare, on 11.02.2022, as such liberty be reserved to the petitioner to pursue the same with a direction to the said Appellate Authority to dispose of the same expeditiously. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. The Writ petition is disposed of keeping open all the contentions to be urged in the appeal filed by the petitioner before the Appellate Authority. The Appellate Authority shall dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible strictly, in accordance with law.
