Ms. Menka Raj Chauhan, learned Deputy Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner's case is that she is serving as Assistant Professor (Sociology) at Government College Chowari, District Chamba since July 2019. She has preferred representation vide Annexure P-3 to respondent No.1,seeking transfer to a station of her choice on the ground of her long stay at present place of posting 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 and citing certain domestic hardships. However, the same has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Taking note of the aforesaid grievance, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty reserved to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation to respondent No.1/competent authority seeking her transfer from present place of posting. In case such a representation is so made within one week from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, keeping in view the fact situation pointed out by the petitioner within three weeks thereafter.
