JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27969 WP No. 24871 of 2019 ORAL ORDER The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking for mandamus directing respondent No.5 to consider Annexures G and H and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, wherein the petitioners have requested respondent No.5 to fix the basic pay of the petitioners from the date of their initial appointment and to grant the arrears of salary. Further, they requested to direct respondent Nos.1 to 4 to ensure and monitor the fixation of the pay scales to the petitioners as per Rule 5 of the Karnataka Private Education Institution (D & C). Respondent No.5 has not considered the representations vide Annexures G and H. Hence, this writ petition. 2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that, if reasonable time is granted, respondent No.5 will consider the set of representations vide Annexures G and H and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:27969 WP No. 24871 of 2019 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for respondent No.5, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.5 to consider the representations vide Annexures G and H and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law. 4. The liberty is reserved to the petitioners to make a fresh representation along with the documents to the respondents. If such a fresh representation is made, respondent No.5 is directed to consider the fresh representation and also Annexures G and H and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. 5.
