The instant criminal revisions arise out of an order dated 23.12.2008 passed by the learned Special Judge, CBI, Raipur (C.G.) in Special Criminal Appeal No.53/2004, 2 whereby the learned Special Judge, CBI, Raipur allowed the application of respondent for permission to operate his bank account and direction was issued to the Bank. 2. Since the application for seeking leave to appeal (being registered as CRMP No.341/2009) filed by the Union of India against the judgment of acquittal dated 03.12.2008 passed by the learned Special Judge, CBI, Raipur (C.G.) in Special Criminal Case No.53/2004 has been dismissed by this Court, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the instant revision. 3.
