Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that now the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as the installments of the education loan has been started from February, 2024, for which the petitioner has no grievance. 3. So far as reflection of the account as N.P.A. from 2019-21 is concerned, counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that though it has been reflected as N.P.A. but actually it is not and the said recording will not affect the CIBIL score of the petitioner also. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact, since the installment of the petitioner has started from 2024 and as submitted by the counsel for the respondent- Bank that the CIBIL score of the petitioner will also not be affected, this writ petition is disposed of. 5. It is made clear that in future if the petitioner applies for any loan, reflection of his account as N.P.A. from 2019-21 will not affect him.
