I am informed that the proceedings were last held on 09.01.2020, and the learned Arbitrator has since passed away. 3. Dr. B. Ramaswamy, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a petition under Sections 14 and 15 of the Act. 4.
