NHAI  Vs  Prem Lal & Anr. OMP No. 916 of 2026 in Arb. Appeal No. 43 of 2024 31.08.2026 Present: Ms. Sneh Bhimta, Advocate, vice Ms. Shreya   Chauhan,   Advocate,   for   the   non­ applicant/appellant. Mr. Ram Kumar, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents. By way of present application, a prayer has been made to release the amount of compensation, deposited by the non­applicant, in the present case. The   application   has   been   moved   in   a   decided matter.   Vide order dated 17.10.2024, a bunch of Arbitration Appeals, were decided by this Court. It   has   fairly   been   conceded   by   learned counsel   for   the   non­applicant/appellant   that   no further appeals have been filed, in these cases till date. Considering the said fact, the application is allowed   and   the   amount   of   compensation,   as deposited   by   NHAI,   is   ordered   to   be   released   in favour   of   the   applicants,   as   per   their   respective share.  The amount of compensation be remitted to the bank accounts of the applicants, particulars of which, have been mentioned in the application.
