Through written instructions from the Home Department, it has been stated that Station House officer concerned has not received any representation of petitioner on 24.12.2025. Taking note of the said aspect, the petitioner is further directed to approach concerned police station to lodge his complaint. On receiving such complaint, police authorities shall take proper steps according to law. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
