It is the grievance of the petitioner that the land has been acquired by the respondents under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, but till date no compensation has been paid. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has approached the District Land Officer, Ranchi as well as the Deputy Commissioner, Ranchi, but they have not taken any steps in terms of the Act to pay compensation to the petitioner. 3. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the District Land Officer, who will consider the same and will take all steps to ensure that land losers will get the compensation. 4.
