The petitioner initially submitted a representation dated 03.12.2021 and thereafter sent reminders on 08.07.2024 and 31.01.2026. Since the same have not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 3. The petitioner claims that a pathway existing in the original FMB has been omitted in the UDR records and seeks rectification of the same. However, the petitioner had submitted the representations to the District Collector and not to the competent authority, the second respondent. Therefore, the petitioner is 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P(MD)No.8125 of 2026 directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four months therefrom. 4.
