Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned counsel representing respondents No.2 and 3 has produced a copy of order dated 29.08.2026, passed by the Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla-171003, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the same reveals that the representation made by the petitioner has been duly examined and considered and the same has been rejected. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. This Court, while disposing of the writ petition bearing CWP No.5207 of 2025, titled, Smt. Vidya Devi vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, on 08.04.2025, had only given a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks in the light of the judgment dated 17.07.2014, passed in CWP No.3050 of 2014, titled Nek Ram vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. 4. Since the mandate contained in the aforesaid judgment has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy if she is aggrieved by the order dated 29.08.2026, passed by the Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, whereby her representation has been rejected.
