Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an appeal lies against the impugned order and seeks liberty to avail the said remedy. 3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the office objections regarding maintainability are sustained. 4. In that view of the matter, this Court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28304 CRP No. 512 of 2026 Court in accordance with law within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. ii.
