2. Petitioner's grievance is that his case for compassionate appointment is not being taken to a logical conclusion by the respondents.
3. Taking into consideration petitioner's limited grievance, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and take an appropriate call 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 on the claim of the petitioner seeking appointment on compassionate grounds within eight weeks from today in accordance with law. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
