WPC No.3341 of 2022 has been filed against the arbitrary action of respondent – Forest Department as Respondent No.3 has selected government land bearing Khasra No.1043/9, area 2 hectare situated at Kharora for construction of a garden namely Krishna Kunj which was allotted to the petitioner. 2. WPC No.3351 of 2022 has been filed against the eviction notice dated 23.06.2022 sent by the respondent authority to the petitioner directing to evict themselves from the subject property within 24 hours. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by 3 the efflux of time, the Writ Petition have become infructuous. 4. Counsel for the other side would not oppose the said submission. 5. In view of the submission made by the parties, both the writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous.
