The instant MCC has been filed for extension of time to comply the order passed by this Court in WPC No.5958 of 2024 on 04/12/2024. 2. The brief facts of the case are that earlier, the applicant has filed a writ petition bearing WPC No.5958 of 2024 challenging the order dated 29/06/2021 whereby the Chhattisgarh State Schedule Tribe Commission has stayed the recommendation made by it on 23/06/2021 for taking action against Respondents No.1 to 6 therein on the complaint of the petitioner. This Court on 04/12/2024 disposed of the said WPC No.5958 of 2024 and held thus in para 5 & 6 :- 5. It appears from the impugned order dated 29.6.2021 (Annexure-P/2) that, the respondents No.1 to 6 have moved a 3 / 4 representation before the Commission stating that the earlier recommendation dated 23.6.2021 has been made by the SC/ST Commission without affording any opportunity of hearing to them and because of the said representation, the impugned order staying the earlier recommendation of the Commission has been made. Upon perusal of the order/recommendation dated 23.6.2021, it appears that the respondents No.1 to 6 have not been properly granted opportunity to defend their stand, hence, the Commission, i.e. respondent No.9 is directed to take a fresh decision by providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to respondents No.1 to 6, within a period of 4 months, and while deciding the complaint made by petitioner, the Commission shall also provide sufficient opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6. With aforesaid observation(s) and direction(s), the petition stands disposed of. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that though the direction was given to the respondents to decide the complaint made by the writ petitioner Rajlatla Dhurve within a period of four months, however, due to change of Office Bearers of the Commission, the same could not be decided till date and he seeks further two months more time to comply the order dated 04/12/2024 passed by this Court. 4. The said prayer is not opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondents. 4 / 4 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents and the order passed by this Court in WPC No.5958 of 2024. 6. Considering the entire facts & circumstances of the case and the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, further two months time from today is granted to the applicant to comply with the order passed by this Court in WPC No.5958 of 2024. 7.
