Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri T.Balaji, learned Standing Counsel for Employees Provident Fund Organization appearing for the respondents submits that the remedy left over to the petitioner is to approach “Shram Suvidha Portal” vide https//registeration.shramsuvidha.gov.in, with all pre- requisite documents and on such receipt, the respondent authorities will take appropriate steps, in accordance with the law. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner preferred a representation dated 21.03.2026 before the concerned Mines and Geology Officer, annexing all the relevant documents and as such, it would suffice, if a direction is given to the respondent authorities to consider the same, in a time-bound manner. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the State submits that the respondent authorities will consider the petitioner’s representation dated 21.03.2026 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the law. 5. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to prefer a representation in “Shram Suvidha Portal” and on such receipt, respondent authorities are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, at the earliest, in accordance with the law. Respondent No.2 is further directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 30.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the law, within a period of eight (08) weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.
