This petition is filed seeking following reliefs: (i) To quash the impugned notice dated 04.08.2025 issued by the respondent i.e., the Chief Manager, Authorized Officer, Secured Creditor, Punjab National Bank, Asset Recovery Management Branch Bengaluru, 26027, Raheja Towers, M G Road, Bengaluru - 560 001. A copy of which is produced herewith as Annexure-A insofar as petitioner is concerned. (ii) Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity. 3. Counsel for the petitioner urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the papers with care. 4. The petitioner's grievance is about the issuance of the e-auction sale notice. The relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted under writ jurisdiction. The Apex Court has - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28814 WP No. 14739 of 2026 settled the law in a catena of decisions that a e-auction sale notice cannot be challenged by filing a writ petition. The petition is devoid of merits. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
