The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 0361/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 69, 118(1), 131, 318 (2), 79 and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the complaint case has been filed alleging that the petitioner has established the relationship on the pretext of marriage. He next submits that by the order of the court, the said complaint case has been converted into FIR. He then submits that the petitioner happened to be aged about 22 years, wherein the informant is 20 years old. He next submits that the mother of the petitioner has lodged the complaint case No.13884 of 2025 and she has alleged therein that the informant of the present case is in habit of making accused of innocent persons by way of inviting them on social media. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may 2026:JHHC:8122 2 kindly be granted. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of establishing relationship on the pretext of marriage. 5. In the contents of the complaint petition, which has been converted into FIR, it has been disclosed that they were in talking terms since the year 2024, whereas the complaint case has been lodged on 12.08.2025. The complaint was filed by the mother of this petitioner being complaint case No. 13884 of 2025 and the allegations are made against the informant of the present case of alluring the innocent persons and blackmailing them, in the attending facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks and the learned court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions, as the learned court may deem fit and proper.
