By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, petitioner seeks the following reliefs: “i. To allow accused/ petitioner to appear virtually through VC in the above mentioned Case no. CT 641/2018, U/S 135( IEA). ii. To be exempt from personal appearance and to allow to appear through VC and to refer the matter to mediation for peaceful settlement as petitioner is unfit to appear in person.” 3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law before the learned Trial Court. 4.
