By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs : 10.1. That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition by setting-aside order Annexure P/5 and P/9 passed by Collector and Additional Commissioner respectively and affirmed the order off Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) dated 08.12.2021 Annexure P/3 holding that misconduct was proved against respondent no. 1, therefore she is not capable to continue the post of Sarpanch u/s 40 of Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam 1993. 10.2. Costs of the petition be awarded. 10.3. Any other relief or direction which the Hon'ble Court may deems fit, be also awarded. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that this petition has 4 become infructuous, as the tenure of Sarpanch has already concluded and a fresh election has been conducted, in which another candidate has been elected to the post. 3.
