CRP No. 2153 & 2158 of 2026 and CMP No.9414 of 2026 __________ Page2 of 4 COMMON ORDER Challenging the common impugned order passed in IA.Nos.17 & 18 of 2026 in OS.No.159 of 2014 dated 02.03.2026 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Hosur, Krishnagiri District, the fifth defendant has preferred this revision petition. 2. The fifth defendant filed an application in IA Nos.17 & 18 of 2026 before the trial court to reopen and to summon Tahsildar to mark revenue records. But the same was dismissed by the trial judge by holding that to drag on the proceedings, the applications were filed and the case was also posted on 16.04.2026 for judgment. From the lis pendency, he is disputing the right and title of the plaintiff and to prove the same he want to examine the revenue official. The opportunity was not given to the fifth defendant to defend the case. Therefore, the order passed by the trial judge is set aside and the revision petitions are allowed. 3. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed and the order dated 02.03.2026 in I.A.No.17/2026 in O.S.No.159 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Hosur, Krishnagiri District is set aside.
