Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, the police have added section 118(2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhith (for brevity ‘the BNSS’) in Crime No.34 of 2026 in which the petitioners are the victims. 4. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court as and when necessity arises. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
