Show cause has been filed in Court today copy of which has already been served upon learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Let it be taken on record. 3. Mr. Indranil Bhaduri, learned counsel appearing for the concerned opposite party, by referring to paragraph-6 of the show cause has submitted that the calculation has been made of the remaining arrears to be paid in favour of the petitioner and now it has been sent to the office of the Accountant General for revision of gratuity amount by considering the service period of the petitioner with effect from 07.02.1977 in place of 20.07.1987. 4. It has then been referred in the statement made in paragraph-9 that the pension paper of the petitioner has 2026:JHHC:21712 2 been rectified by the opposite party as also the period of service has been rectified in the service book of the petitioner to be counted from 07.02.1977. 5. It has been stated that now the Accountant General, Jharkhand is to revise the gratuity amount of the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that by directing the office of the Accountant General and the State authority, the instant contempt case be disposed of. 7. Considering the submission made on behalf of the concerned opposite party based upon the statement made in the show cause filed today, the contempt case is being disposed of with a direction to the Accountant General, Jharkhand to ensure compliance. 8. The opposite party No.2, the Director, Secondary Education, School Education and Literacy Department, Government of Jharkhand, is directed to ensure disbursement of the remaining amount of the arrears within a period of four weeks. 9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the office of the Accountant General. 10. The O.P.
