By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has put to challenge the order dated 14.08.2025 passed by respondent No.3-MDDA (Annexure No.1), whereby, the property subject matter of present writ petition was sealed by respondent No.3-MDDA for the reason that property in-question was allegedly constructed by petitioner without permission/sanction map.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that application for compounding has been moved by petitioner to respondent No.3-MDDA on 21.12.2024, which is still pending for disposal.

He further submitted that if a direction is given to respondent No.3-MDDA to decide the said compounding application within time bound manner, the ends of justice would be met.

There is no objection from the side of respondent No.3-MDDA, if such an order is passed by this Court by directing the authorities to decide the compounding application within time bound manner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is
disposed of and it is directed that compounding application dated 21.12.2024 moved by petitioner shall be decided by respondent No.3-MDDA by speaking and reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

Interim order, if any, stands disposed of.
