1. By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the respondent to release the petitioner on parole for a period of eight weeks.
2. At the outset, learned ASC for the State submits that the representation is though dated 11.11.2025, however it was filed only on
13.01.2026. Be that as it may, she also submits that though the same is pending before the Jail Authority. the said representation shall be decided within a period of two weeks.
3. In view of the statement made above, since there is nothing remaining in the present petition, the present petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
