KAMAL ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 22.11.2022 seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, which reads as under: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29030 WP No. 12482 of 2022 "The petitioner herein had filed the present Petition aggrieved by the actions of the Respondents initiated at the instance of a suo-moto enquiry allegedly initiated by the Estimates Committee, Karnataka Legislative Assembly in respect of the Petitioner's works at the Narayanpur Right Bank Canal. However, during the pendency of this Petition, the Estimates Committee has closed all proceedings in this regard, as resolved in their meeting dated 28.09.2022 of the said Estimates Committee. A copy of their letter dated 12.10.2022 along with the Order passed on 28.09.2022 recording the same is produced herewith as Annexure-A. As all proceedings have been dropped, the lis in this Petition would not survive for consideration. Hence, it is prayed that this Petition may be dismissed with liberty to urge all contentions urged in this proceedings in any other appropriate proceedings, if required, in the interests of justice and equity." 2.
