In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: “For issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) particularly in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to make online entry of the land in question situated at Mouza Damkara Barba, Circle Govindpur, Mouza No. 94, Khata No. 102, Plot No. 2304 area measuring 22 Decimal in the district of Dhanbad, in the name of the petitioner, on the official website of State of Jharkhand maintained for the records of land within a time frame by this Hon'ble Court; And/Or Further prays for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/order(s) /direction(s) particularly in the nature of mandamus commanding upon the respondents not to harass the petitioner and not let the petitioner run from one office to another without there being any fault on the part of the petitioner. It is the grievance of the petitioner that details of the land has not been reflected in the land portal maintained by the Jharkhand Government as a result of which the petitioner is not able to deposit the rent and not getting the rent receipts. 2. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, I direct the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4-the Circle Officer, Govindpur Circle, District Dhanbad by filing a representation along with the copy of this order. 3. If the representation is filed within four weeks, the respondents will consider the same and dispose of the representation within eight weeks thereafter. 4. If it is established that the petitioner is entitled for the relief as claimed, the same should be granted to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. If for any reason his claim is rejected, the reasons thereof should be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid period. 5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
