Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, directing the Respondents, particularly the Assistant - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:28231 WP No. 14642 of 2026 Commissioner (Respondent No.2) and the Tahasildar (Respondent No.3), to forthwith issue the Grant Certificate in favour of the petitioner (being the legal heir of the late Thammanna @Thammaiah) for the land bearing Sy.No.20, measuring 2 Acres 36 Guntas, situated at Kurikempanahalli village, Bellavi Hobli, Tumakuru Taluk & District, within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble Court. 3. Having taken note of the prayer made in the writ petition, as the petitioner has sought for upholding the order dated 20.12.2024 and in that view of the matter, writ of certiorari does not survive.
