Sharma, Additional Advocate General, for the respondents/State. CMP No.18529 of 2026 Compliance affidavit stands filed, wherein, it has been that respondent No.3, being the competent authority has complied with the order dated 01.05.2025, passed in CWP No.3984/2025 by passing reasoned speaking consideration orders and all the petitioners have started receiving monthly salary on the basis of higher pay stage so granted vide aforesaid order. Two petitioners have also been paid arrears on 27.05.2026 & 04.09.2025, respectively and demand of budget for payment of arrear to third petitioner namely Sanjay Kumar, is also being pursued, as the budget of the same is to be allocated by the Finance Department under Charged Expenditure Head of Account. Arrear will also be paid to him immediately on receipt of the budget. Therefore, in view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present application and accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of. However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy as available to them, in accordance with law, if they still remain aggrieved.
