At the outset, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal under Section 78 (1) of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 before the Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies Raipur, Division Raipur (CG), challenging the second termination order dated 20.03.2019 and seeking payment of salary for the period from 28.07.2018 to 28.03.2019. Therefore, learned counsel submits that the petitioner does not wish to prosecute instant petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the same. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the prayer made by learned Sr. Advocate appearing for the petitioner. 3 4.
