The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 148 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 108 and 318(4) of the BNS. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and others are accused of intoxicating the husband of the informant for execution of a sale deed and because of the same, the husband of the informant had committed suicide. 4. The petitioners are in custody since 7.4.2026. 5. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Patna High Court CR. MISC.
