CMP No.21842 of 2026 The present application under Section 152 of the CPC has been filed for correction in the judgment dated 18.07.2026, noting that Annexure-Y was not mentioned and it was omitted from the order. 2. A perusal of the short order of even date would go on to show that the appeal was dismissed with a direction that Annexure-X and Annexure-Y not be acted upon by the respondents. A perusal of Annexure-Y dated 11.03.2020, would also go on to show that certain directions were issued by the Indian Institute of Advanced Study and the same was addressed to the Registrar, Cotton University, Panbazar, Guwahati, Assam. 3. Keeping in view the above, we are of the considered opinion that respondent No. 2-Indian Institute of Advanced Study, will ensure that the said communication is not acted upon, and a clarification to this effect be issued to the concerned University in Guwahati, Assam. 4.
