1. By virtue of the present petition under Section 438/442 read with 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) the petitioner seeks setting aside the interim maintenance order dated 13.01.2026 passed in Mt No.651/2024 by the learned Principal Judge Family Court (North-East), Karkardooma Court, Delhi, in case titled as
“Gudiya & Ors Vs. Vinod Kumar”.
2. In view of the fact that the impugned order fixing the maintenance is an interim order and the parties are yet to be relegated to trial for recording their respective evidences therein and examination of witnesses, and the final adjudication thereon will only be possible after their respective affidavits of income of the parties are filed, as also since the impugned order has a shelf life and is dependent upon the final outcome thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner after some arguments seeks to This is a digitally signed order.
