The petitioner alleges that the private respondents are raising construction in violation of the order passed by the learned Civil Court as well as the order of the Pradhan, Deulbari Debipur Gram Panchayat passed on 17th March, 2025. In the event of alleged violation of the Civil Court’s order by the private respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the said learned Court for redressal of his grievance. The order passed by the Pradhan on 17th March, 2025 does not include the private respondents. In view of the above, nothing remains to be decided in the writ petition. The same is disposed of.
