By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant-respondent for release of balance amount lying deposited in the Registry of this Court. Learned counsel representing the non- applicant/petitioner states that mandate contained in judgment dated 01.07.2026 passed in CWP No.1844 of 2023, has not been laid challenge and as such, balance amount lying deposited in Registry of this court is required to be released in favour of the applicant-respondent. In view of the above, present application is allowed and balance amount, along with up-to-date interest lying deposited in the Registry of this court, is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant-respondent, by remitting the same in his saving bank account, detail whereof, is given in paragraph 4 of the application.
