Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy available under the law to approach the State Government/competent authority, as the matter pertains to allotment of patta. 2. Learned State Counsel does not oppose the submission so made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. In view of the aforesaid submissions and considering the nature of the dispute involved, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner 3 may be relegated to avail the alternative remedy available under the law by approaching the competent authority, which is empowered to decide the dispute in question. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by way of appropriate representation/application.
