2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that the complainant namely Sanjay Verma, has alleged that he was owner of a Bolero vehicle (CG-13-C- 9728), he wanted to sell his vehicle and contacted one second hand car dealer namely Chandra Shekhar Singh (proprietor of Car Hub, Raipur). Convinced by persuasion, the complainant exchanged his Bolero with Scorpio vehicle and gave Rs. 75,000/- to Chandra Shekhar Singh, who in turn facilitated transfer of ownership of Scorpio vehicle. It is further alleged that, later on the complainant came to know that one Lileshwar Kumar of Dongargarh was earlier owner of the said Scorpio vehicle but without his consent the ownership was transferred in the name of complainant.
