By way of this petitioner, the petitioners seek the following reliefs : 10.1 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to restrained the respondents to not carried out of the any structure / cattle shed on the subject matter of land which are plot/khasra no. 67, 68/2, 68/1 and 66 situated at village - Champapur, Tahsil Balrampur (Dawra) District Balrampur – Ramanujganj (Chhattisgarh) 3 10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to protect the possession of the petitioners and provide the suitable compensation with regard to demolish of the some part of house in plot/khasra no. 67, 68/2, 68/1 and 66 as well as corn crop seized by the respondents without any authority or law. 10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call record from the khasra no. 192 for which the construction of cattle shed has been granted and pass the suitable order /direction against the respondents. 10.4 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which deem fits by this Hon'ble Court. 10.5 Cost of the petition also given to him. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that there there is no proposal to construct the Gothan, as a stay order has been granted in favour of the petitioner. He further submits that since no construction has been carried out, the petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the above, the Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
