On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that no house site pattas are issued to the beneficiaries and the respondent authorities have not changed the classification of land from grazing ground to A.W.D. 3. Therefore, if the respondents intend to acquire the subject land to convert into house sites, it is open to the respondents to follow due procedure in accordance with law. 4. With this observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
